Bike is 5 stars but having to take it to my LBS to have it tuned out of the box was 3 stars. Took video shortly after unboxing and sent it to support who was quick to respond. They sent me a new derailer hanger immediately assuming it was bent during shipping. I wasn’t able to achieve smooth shifting through the recommended adjustments and just took it in. I may have bent in back into shape or out of shape but the new hanger and a tune got me on the road immediately. Love this bike and super happy with it overall. Just wish I could have jumped on a trial the day I got it out of the box.
