The lineup includes a gravel race bike designed for control at high speeds, an adaptable bikepacking bike that can be built with drop bars or MTB bars, a versatile all-road bike that's truly made for riding all roads, an innovative hardtail, a fat bike for racing on snowy singletrack, and an expedition-ready fat bike that has been proven north of the Arctic Circle. Additional bike models are in the works.

Bicycle Assembler & Technical Customer Support
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day. No weekends or holidays required)
Location: On-site – 100% in-person at our Burnsville, MN facility.
Note: Due to the hands-on nature of this position, daily on-site presence is required and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, detail-oriented, and skilled Bicycle Assembler and Technical Customer Support specialist to join our close-knit team. If you have a passion for premium bike tech, exceptional hands-on mechanical skills, and a dedication to rider satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our bike production and rider support. You will assemble all new high-end bicycles from the frame up, ensuring every build is safe, high-performing, and meticulously packaged. Additionally, you will leverage your mechanical expertise to provide top-tier technical customer support and assist with product development feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Premium Bike Assembly: Build high-end gravel, mountain, fat, and full-custom bikes from the frame up with absolute precision and attention to detail.
- Warehouse & Logistics: Manage warehouse inventory, handle pre-assembly preparation, and ensure flawless final bike packaging for safe transit.
- Fleet Management: Maintain, tune, and track the in-house demo fleet for events (note: no travel is required for this role).
- Technical Customer Support: Assist riders and dealers with technical inquiries, warranty requests, troubleshooting, and component compatibility questions.
- Product Development Support: Provide valuable mechanical insight and hands-on feedback to the product development team to help improve future designs.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical & Mechanical Expertise
- Proven experience building and tuning high-end bicycles from the frame up.
- Deep familiarity with modern, premium bicycle components, standards, and compatibility.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a high standard for mechanical safety and performance.
Systems & Administration
- Proficiency with Shopify and the Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus, but not required.
Interpersonal & Personal Attributes
- A friendly, collaborative, and customer-focused attitude.
- Sharp attention to detail with an organized approach to inventory and tracking.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and customers.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead a few times per day.
