BUILD YOUR WARAKIN
Otso bikes are available to purchase here on our website or with our network of Otso dealers. Our Custom Bike Configurator allows you to select most component options on your bike, including drivetrain, wheelset, tires, handlebars, seatpost, anodized accent color option, and more. The Warakin is also available as a frameset if you already have parts ready to go at home. When an order is placed, the Otso team builds the bike based on your custom specs and ships it to you. Home assembly is as simple as putting on the wheels and straightening the handlebars. We’re happy to talk through options to help you build the Warakin that is perfect for you and your riding style.

The Comfort of Steel
The Warakin frame is made of Otso custom-butted 4130 chromoly tubing. This steel has a classic, comfortable quality and pairs with the Warakin progressive geometry for a stable, smooth ride. 4130 chromoly is known to be durable and reliable, which makes it a strong option for light touring and afternoon rides alike.
Multi-Surface Riding
If you want one bike that can join afternoon group rides, gravel races, overnighters, and daily commutes, the Warakin is for you. The progressive geometry, generous tire clearance, cargo and rack mounts, and smooth steel frame allow the Warakin to adapt to many types of riding. This bike has been a favorite here at Otso HQ where a 20-mile ride could include 10 miles of pavement, eight miles of gravel, and two miles of flowy singletrack for good measure.
Adjustable Geometry
The Tuning Chip rear dropout system allows the rider to lengthen or shorten the wheelbase by up to 20mm, raise or lower the bottom bracket by 4mm, and change the head tube angle by as much as 0.5º. For chunky gravel on remote roads, the longer wheelbase of the rear Tuning Chip position is set for stability and comfort. For a quick spin around town or the CX course, the front position makes for snappy handling and agile control. A middle position is also available, which covers the best of both worlds.
Tire Clearance
If a bike is meant to ride any road in any condition, it needs to fit tires and wheels that will get the rider to and from their destination while handling every bump along the way. The Warakin will fit 700c x 50mm tires for minimum maintenance roads, just as easily as 650b x 50mm for forest trails, 700c x 35mm for your next gravel ride, or anything in between.
Cargo & Fenders
The Warakin is ready to be configured to meet your cargo needs. Triple mounts on the fork are ready for cargo cages and fork bags. The front triangle has three bottle cage mounting points, while the rear triangle has braze-ons for a rack to carry even more gear. Fender mounts can be found on the fork and seat stays to keep you dry on rainy days. And this list doesn’t even include the bags that can be added to the bike that don't require mounts.
Single Speed
Let’s keep this section simple. All Warakin bikes can run single speed or geared drivetrains. Click the button below for the Tuning Chip Single Speed Kit.
49cm Size Redesigned
The 49cm size has been overhauled from the original Warakin geometry to be optimized for shorter riders. This also reduces toe overlap while still allowing clearance for 650b x 50mm tires.
Progressive Geometry
The progressive geometry of the Warakin takes a page from the cross-country MTB playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively ‘can-do’ attitude on rougher terrain.
Extra Mounting Options
Numerous braze-ons accommodate three bottles, fenders, racks, cable routing clamps, frame bags, fork cargo, and more. Mix in the Wolf Tooth B-RAD System to even further increase on-bike storage options.
Suspension-Correct
The geometry of the Warakin includes a fork with an axle-to-crown measurement of 420mm. This allows for the option of a gravel suspension fork without altering the overall geometry of the bike.
