THIS MEANS WARAKIN

UNLEASH THIS BEAUTIFUL BEAST

The Shunka Warakin is a wolf-like creature of American Folklore whose name derives from a native American term that means "carries off dogs." For Otso, Warakin is the ultimate all-road bike that carries off riders to exciting places – whether it be a remote bikepacking destination, a relaxed gravel adventure, or your next CX race.

ANY SURFACE. EVERY SURFACE!

From pavement and cobbles to dirt and gravel, Warakin was designed to go just about anywhere.

STAINLESS STEEL

The supple yet lively ride quality of steel with the corrosion resistance of titanium.

"We predict lots of people will fall in love with this stainless-steel gravel bike, thanks to a smart design that allows users to customize the ride."

Outside Magazine

"The Warakin is stable and smooth for longer rides with a light load, and actually rides even better loaded up. The Warakin is an unusual, versatile bike and is ready for any adventure on gravel you can throw at it."

Riding Gravel

TIRE CLEARANCE

700c? Check! 650b? Double check! 29er? Triple check! Warakin has massive tire clearance.

"[T]he Warakin checks the boxes of modern, do-it-all bike criteria, and steps outside the box with its options, adjustability and shiny finish."

Cyclocross Magazine

"It is immediately apparent when riding the Warakin that ride quality was paramount in the build. Whether a true gravel grinder, or a mixed use bike with touring capability, the Warakin threads the “do anything” needle."

Gear Institute

TUNING CHIP™

The patent pending Tuning Chip™ system provides 20mm of chainstay length and 4mm of bottom bracket height adjustment, allowing you to fine tune your ride.

AND SO MUCH MORE ...

TOP PERFORMER

Unparalleled ride quality results from the combination of stainless steel and carefully thought out frame geometry.

PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY

Warakin’s progressive geometry takes a page from the cross-country playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively ‘can-do’ attitude on rougher terrain.

SUSPENSION CAPABLE

While not suspension corrected like its Waheela cousin, the Warakin can accommodate gravel suspension forks.

HAVE RACKS? WILL TRAVEL

Numerous braze-ons allow Warakin to accommodate cable routing clamps, 3 water bottles, fenders, racks, frame bags, and more.

SHIFTY, BUT IN A GOOD WAY

Full-length cable housing provides flawless shifting in even the worst conditions.

HIP TO THE DROP

The Warakin frame is compatible with internally routed dropper seat posts.

QUALITY ASSURED

Designed by the Otso engineering team, Warakin frames are manufactured by one of the top steel frame fabricators in Taiwan and come with a five-year limited warranty. All bikes are inspected and assembled at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN USA.
